How do I create a listing?

To create a listing, you must first be logged in. Click the "Sell" button in the header, fill out all the required details about your item, upload images, and submit. A small listing fee will be deducted from your account credit.

How do I top up my account credit?

Navigate to "My Statement" from the user menu in the header. On that page, you will find a "Top-up Credit" button which will take you to a page with payment instructions.

Is my ID information secure?

Yes. We take your privacy and security very seriously. Your ID documents are stored securely and are only accessible by our verification team for the sole purpose of confirming your identity. They are not shared with any third parties.

What happens after I buy an item?

When you purchase an item, the cost is deducted from your account credit, and the seller is notified. You can then communicate with the seller via our messaging system to arrange for collection or delivery.
